We are sector-focused, working with established firms in the Wealth Management industry, primarily Registered Investment Advisors (“RIA”s) that are seeking independence. Our team combines deep sector expertise with a hands-on, client-first approach. We operate without the bureaucracy of a large institution, which means our analysts work directly with senior bankers and play a meaningful role in transaction execution from day one. The Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst ideally with at least one year of prior investment banking experience to join our growing team in Nashville. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take on meaningful M&A transaction execution responsibilities. You will work directly alongside senior bankers on live M&A transactions, playing a critical role in deal execution from pitch through closing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare client-ready pitchbooks, teasers, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), supporting financial data books, M&A process letters, buyer logs and bid summaries
- Coordinate due diligence processes, manage virtual data rooms and track buyer/seller workstreams
- Interact directly with clients, buyers, and legal and accounting advisors in parallel with senior bankers Support business development through market screening, target identification and deal origination activities
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and comparable company analyses Qualifications 1+ years of investment banking experience (bulge bracket, middle market, or boutique)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointCommand of various valuation methodologies and financial modeling
- Familiarity with sellside M&A processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
