Operator

Responsibilities: Inspect panels or parts to ensure specifications meet quality standards while maintaining production standards. Read and adhere to Manufacturing Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. Accurately complete production reporting and quality paperwork as required. Utilize banding equipment and hand-jacks for proper movement or storage of product or material. Place materials in machines or conveyors in prescribed manner and sequence. Perform trimming, indexing, or cutting procedures as required. Keep supervisor informed of any equipment malfunctions. Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions, including safety manuals. Maintain awareness and report any quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.35/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
