About the role
ROLLER is seeking a Director of Implementation & Professional Services to lead a high-performing team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role focuses on end-to-end customer onboarding, training, and professional services strategy to maximize revenue and customer success. You'll build scalable processes, develop playbooks, and drive a culture of fast, high-quality deployment while collaborating closely with Product and other functions. Based in Austin with hybrid work arrangements.
