About the role

The Swatch Group Ltd is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to assist employees with enrollment, maintain HR records, and support payroll processing. This on-site role will partner with Payroll, Benefits and HR to ensure accurate data and timely transactions. Based in Miami, FL, the coordinator will handle file maintenance, I-9 compliance, annual reports, and benefits communications while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.
