About the role

Turn Point Search is partnering with a growing tech company to hire a Personal Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must be resourceful and forward-thinking, have a meticulous eye for detail, and have exceptional follow-through. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Coordinating extensive global personal and business, commercial and private travel, including extremely detailed itineraries, and acting as a liaison with drivers, airline programs, and charter companies Maintaining detailed calendars and coordinating meetings for the Principals, partnering closely with the in-office Executive Assistant Making purchases on behalf of the Principals and managing expenses and bills Overseeing household staff and vendors as needed Acting as the gatekeeper, communicating with extended family, staff, and business associates Maintaining an organized and detailed list of ongoing maintenance items in various households Coordinating philanthropic efforts, including researching organizations, coordinating fundraising efforts, and handling donor communications and outreach Handling confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity Contributing to various ad-hoc projects
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of administrative experience including experience as a Personal Assistant for an UHNW individualA no job too small mentality Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, including the ability to multitask and prioritize Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Technically savvy including experience with Mac and PC, and G-Suite and MS Office Suite Position pays a base salary range of $120,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for equity.
