About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to lead the next phase of its growth. This role is pivotal in building the team and infrastructure necessary for the business to operate independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including the establishment of scalable processes, tools, and a reporting cadence to support rapid, profitable growth. This is a hands-on position that requires a proven track record in building and scaling operations within the small business or alternative lending space, with a strong emphasis on marketing and growth orientation. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with driving traffic generation, optimizing the business funnel, and scaling marketing spend intelligently. Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in merchant cash advance or alternative small business lending, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Established relationships within the broker or marketplace lending space are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in owning a P&L and managing teams within a growth stage lending business, and must be adept at operating independently with a high degree of autonomy. The position offers the opportunity to shape the business's growth and requires a candidate with a direct, concise communication style, and a willingness to be based in or relocate to Miami, Florida.
