The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving operational excellence, scalability, and cost management, with a focus on building and optimizing the infrastructure to support the company's growth. This role demands a hands-on executive who can lead the operational function, develop and execute a scalable operations strategy, and ensure tight alignment with cross-functional teams. The VP of Operations will also be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, leading the S&OP process, and overseeing the full logistics and fulfillment network to guarantee best-in-class service and cost efficiency.
