Essential FunctionsDie Set-upStart up and shut down all machinesChange coils on all machinesUn-jam Bihler, Lens, Finzer, BMS, Spako and Ing YuRegrind dies for Bihler, Lens, Finzer, BMS, Spako and Ing YuSet-up, troubleshoot, and repair Bihler, Finzers, Lens, BMS, Spako and Ing Yu (change tooling, set feeder and change modules) of all machines to pass FAIROverhead crane operationPull tooling from Lean LiftEnsure compliance with ICM master manual, process manuals and product safetyKeep a neat and orderly work environmentQuality InspectionMeasure products to print specifications with use of calipersGauge parts to engineering specificationsEnter data into FastcheckConduct quality visual inspection of finished productQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAssembly Skills, Inspection Skills, Math Skills, Reading Comprehension SkillsEducation / ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPreferably a minimum of 3 years' experience as a die setter within a metal stamping manufacturing facilityAdditional InformationOetiker, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
