About the role
Execute Product Line Performance workstream initiatives and drive rapid progress to identify and deliver profit improvement actions that cut across multiple lines of the income statement Apply customer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends to identify opportunities to improve existing or to create new products and experiences Identify and lead cross-vehicle strategic initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and PD Distill data, insights, and information into compelling, easy-to-digest presentation materials, and drive discussions with Executive leadership Drive shared understanding and clarity of enterprise-wide strategic priorities Requirements Bachelors degree required 5+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting, product planning, or marketing 5+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct quantitative analysis, and develop data-driven insights using a hypothesis‐led approach and communicate results with senior leadership. Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with senior leadership Strong analytical skill set including the ability to collect & quickly analyze market data and consumer data Ability to think and act independently Demonstrated capability of oral/written presentation skills – able to represent a concise point of view and communicate ideas in a clear and compelling manor MBA strongly preferred Strong planning and execution skills with a focus on delivery Ability to lead a diverse cross‐functional team Solid understanding of project management principles, and ability to construct and drive milestones on whitespace projects High energy self‐starter with ability to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
