About the role
Envato is seeking a Product Design Lead to head the design function within the Content Team, managing a team of 3-4 designers focused on research, UX, and design. You will collaborate across the Content Team and with technology, operations, and commercial stakeholders to advocate for user-centered decisions that balance internal users, Authors, and business goals. Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, you will help shape a coherent, delightful experience across products.
