Senior Customer Service & Business Systems Specialist Jozev Products East Longmeadow, MAFull-Time | On-Site Jozev Products is seeking an experienced, technology-savvy professional to join our team in a senior-level office position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines exceptional customer service skills with advanced computer and business systems expertise and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is warm, outgoing, highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive—a person who enjoys working with customers, vendors and coworkers while also being extremely comfortable working across multiple software platforms and business systems. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently and take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support customer accounts, orders and order fulfillment from start to finish. Communicate professionally and proactively with customers, vendors and internal team members. Process and manage customer orders, purchase orders, pricing and product information. Assist with bids, quotes and customer proposals. Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports, presentations and business documents. Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing and order information across multiple systems. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level. Work extensively within Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail. Work with Quick Books Desktop Enterprise for customer, order and business-related functions. Assist with maintaining and updating information within Word Press. Research products, vendors and information needed to support customers and company projects. Troubleshoot day-to-day computer, software and systems issues and help identify more efficient ways of accomplishing tasks. Help improve office procedures, workflows and internal processes. Take ownership of special projects and follow them through to completion. Provide exceptional customer support with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Significant professional experience in a senior administrative, customer service, account management, operations or similar business role. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Advanced computer skills and strong technical aptitude are essential. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace. Experience with Quick Books strongly preferred. Experience with Word Press is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative. Must be a collaborative team player with a warm, positive and professional personality. Experience in wholesale distribution, logistics, customer account management or a related industry is highly desirable.
