About the role

PBF Energy is seeking a Manager, Fixed Equipment Reliability to lead the refinery’s fixed equipment engineering, corrosion and materials engineering, and reliability functions. You will guide the team, drive integrity programs, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Inspection to optimize equipment performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least seven years in related fields, with proven supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
