Job Description: RDF&P is hiring Sandblasters to join our Powder Coating team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely. This job may move to swing shift after training.
What You'll Do: Sandblast steel parts in preparation for powder coating Clean, prep, and move materials throughout the shop Operate blasting equipment and hand tools Operate a forklift Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general production duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications: No experience required, training provided Ability to wear a full-hood forced air respirator Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
