Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate FP&A📍 Skokie, IL | HybridA privately held real estate investment and operating company with a national portfolio of residential communities is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role combines financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and decision support for senior leadership. It's a strong fit for an analytical real estate finance professional who likes working with large datasets, building models that drive real investment decisions, and seeing how the numbers connect to the broader business.
What You'll Do:
Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to build reliable financial and operating metrics Build and maintain financial models, including budget templates and variance analysis Analyze strategic decisions such as hold/sell, land development, and debt defeasance Track debt financing terms and performance across the portfolio Prepare clear, accurate reporting materials, including quarterly reports for leadership Evaluate performance across the company's integrated business units Partner with senior team members on special projects and ad hoc analysis
What We're Looking For:
