About the role
Proactively managing a dedicated portfolio of existing smaller builder accounts, the full-time Pool Inside Sales Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing accounts to enhance satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Lead a value-driven sales process by conducting discovery calls to understand dealer needs and present tailored product solutions
Manage a sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas through effective dealer relationship cultivation
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an inside sales or account executive role with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool or related industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex deal cycles
Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in a remote environment
