Key Responsibilities: Sell payroll services and HR solutions including:

Payroll Processing
Workers' Compensation Programs
Time & Attendance Systems
Human Resource Services

Employee Benefits: Solutions Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and canvassing. Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. Generate referrals through professional networking groups and community involvement. Identify opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell additional services. Conduct client presentations, negotiate proposals, and close new business. Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A proven ability to prospect, present, and close business opportunities. At least 1 year of sales experience. Experience with cold calling and new business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
