Role Description: The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote A & C Floor Covering’s products, services, and brand. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, selecting visuals, and scheduling posts. The coordinator will monitor channels for comments and messages, respond in a timely and professional manner, and support online community engagement. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and showroom staff for promotions, and staying informed about social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications: Ability to create and manage engaging Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing campaigns. Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, consistent messaging and customer interaction. Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including basic analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and social media management tools. Comfort working on-site in a retail/service environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in social media, marketing, or related roles; flooring or home improvement industry experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
