About the role

Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA for an in-home ABA role in Massachusetts. You will deliver high-quality therapy in clients' natural environments with robust clinical support and minimal operational burden. Earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, CEU stipends, and full benefits. You’ll lead a clinical team, mentor technicians, and guide families through evidence-based treatment.
