About the role
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the remote Director of HR Systems will manage the HR technology stack, lead compensation strategy and analysis, and build shared services to enhance operational efficiency within the People function.
Key responsibilities:
Own the strategy and roadmap for maturing the HR technology stack, including HRIS and adjacent tools
Lead compensation analysis, benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives while translating strategy into scalable frameworks
Identify and automate manual processes within the People function to create efficient operating models
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus
7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Total Rewards, including HR technology management
Direct experience with compensation strategy, analysis, or program management
Proven ability to lead system implementations and major HRIS transitions
People management experience, including developing analyst-level talent
