About the role
To support the development of long-term business relationships, the full-time remote Conference Audience Development Associate will conduct outreach to prospective clients, secure attendance of qualified investors at conferences, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outreach to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media to drive engagement and attendance
Identify and secure opportunities for events while supporting efforts to attract a qualified audience
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities
Required qualifications
College degree is preferred
Advanced English skills in speaking and writing are required
Professional communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch to C-Level Executives
Competitive personality with a drive to exceed expectations
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
