About the role
Every week, business owners across the United States need capital to hire, expand, buy equipment, or get through a slow season. Our Business Finance Advisors help them get it. At Block Equity Group, we connect small and mid-sized businesses with funding solutions, from SBA financing to revenue-based financing and other commercial funding options. We’re growing our Midtown Manhattan team and hiring Business Finance Advisors who want to build a long-term career in sales and finance.

What You’ll Do:
- Connect with business owners through outbound calls and email
- Run discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals and funding needs
- Match clients with the right financing solutions and guide them through the process
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
- Build your consultative, communication, and negotiation skills with daily coaching

Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. No finance background or license needed. We’ll teach you the industry.
