We’re hiring anAutomotive Finance Manager Traineeand will train an experienced dealership salesperson to transition into the Finance & Insurance Department. Previous F&I experience is not required. If you have a strong automotive sales background, consistently perform, communicate well with customers, and want to increase your earning potential, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed. Responsibilities:
  • Learn all aspects of dealership Finance & Insurance operations
  • Work alongside experienced F&I Managers through hands-on training
  • Learn to structure deals and present financing and protection options
  • Assist customers with financing paperwork and required documentation
  • Build relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to complete vehicle transactions
  • Learn dealership compliance requirements and F&I procedures
  • Progress into greater Finance Manager responsibilities as training is completed

  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow into an F&I leadership role
