Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a full-time on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to join our Newark clinic.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a clinic environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and providing support and leadership to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a clinical caseload.
ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and reassessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians
Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment
Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians
Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed
Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner
Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team
Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements
QualificationsActive BCBA certification
Active New Jersey LBA
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians
Ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while supporting team members
Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic setting
Clinic-based ABA experience preferred but not required
