Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Staff Nephrologist in Midwest City, OK. Responsibilities include:
Conducting patient evaluations and assessments
Making rounds at the dialysis clinic and managing dialysis patients
Providing hospital inpatient consultations for AKI, ESRD, and electrolyte disturbances
Performing outpatient dialysis rounds
Evaluating patients at the main and satellite offices with conditions such as CKD, hypertension, post-transplant care, and electrolyte or glomerular diseases
Engaging in patient education and counseling regarding kidney health
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
Eligibility to obtain a medical license in Oklahoma
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
