Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing branch operations data to support business questions and identify trends, especially around Sales Commission and Incentive Programs Help create and update reports, dashboards, documentation, and presentations using tools such as Excel and Power BI.Collaborate with team members to test system or reporting changes, document results, and support special projects. Support team members by responding to routine data and reporting requests and helping troubleshoot basic issues.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
