📢 We’re Hiring: Procurement Associate We are looking for a Procurement Associate to support day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier coordination, purchase order management, and procurement documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Prepare and issue RFQs and coordinate supplier communications
  • Track supplier proposals and support commercial evaluations
  • Create, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Process change orders related to scope, cost, and schedule
  • Ensure appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are maintained
  • Assist with contract administration, including renewals and amendments
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, quotes, POs, and contracts
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers/vendors
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Hands-on experience with RFQs and Purchase Orders
  • Experience working with suppliers/vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
