Natco Home, a fourth-generation family‑owned home furnishings company, seeks a Director of Product Management, Purchasing & Inventory Planning to lead purchasing decisions, inventory forecasting, and product operations. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle management for floor coverings, rugs, and textiles, aligning demand with supplier capabilities and financial goals. Reporting directly to the COO, you will build and lead a capable team, set governance standards, and drive disciplined procurement
