About the role

Now Hiring: Tax Professionals | Remote, Hybrid & Onsite | $100K–$225K One of my top clients — a well-established, rapidly growing 80-person CPA firm — is expanding its tax division and looking for talented tax professionals at multiple levels. Flexible location options: fully remote, hybrid, or onsite. Two groups to choose from (or a blend of both): Private Client Services (PCS) — Work directly with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex tax returns, planning, consulting, and estate/trust strategy. Ideal for someone who enjoys sophisticated, relationship-driven advisory work. Business Tax Group — Handle partnership and corporate tax for complex, closely held and middle-market businesses. Great fit if you like variety across entity types and industries. The Partners will work with you to place you where your background and interests align best — whether that's one group, or exposure to both. Why this firm? ✅ Strong growth trajectory with real advancement opportunity ✅ Competitive compensation ($100K–$225K depending on level/experience) ✅ Flexible work arrangements ✅ Complex, engaging work — not cookie-cutter returns ✅ Supportive Partner group invested in your development Not the right fit or size? No problem — I work with hundreds of CPA firms nationwide, from boutique to large regional/national firms, and can help you explore options that match what you're looking for in terms of firm size, culture, and specialty. A quick note for anyone on the fence about public vs. private: If you're looking to stay challenged, keep growing technically, and want long-term job security, public accounting is genuinely one of the strongest paths in the profession. I talk to a lot of people who make the jump to industry expecting more balance or upside — and many find the grass isn't as green as it looked. Interested? Send me your resume and let's set up a quick call to discuss fit, compensation, and next steps confidentially.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
