Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Seasonal Open Enrollment Processor will manage open enrollment tasks, including updating coverage, processing applications, and ensuring accurate billing for medical insurance.
Key responsibilities: Process open enrollment applications, including adding dependents and updating coverage details Navigate multiple programs and systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with insurance guidelines Demonstrate analytical thinking to resolve issues related to billing and coverage discrepancies Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in medical insurance billing, coding, or customer care Prior open enrollment experience preferred Typing speed of 40 words per minute Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to pass a required assessment during the training period
