Position Title:  Project Manager Department:  Delivery EngineeringReports To:  VP, Enterprise SolutionsJob Type: Full-timeLocation: US Remote Overview: As a One Inc Project Manager in our Delivery organization, you will be client facing and the driving force behind project success, taking ownership of every aspect from initiation to completion of client implementations.  You will be responsible for translating objectives into actionable plans, coordinating internal teams, and collaborating closely with customers to ensure project outcomes align with their expectations. Your role will be pivotal in achieving project goals efficiently and effectively.  You are ultimately responsible for customer success and should be seen by the customer and implementation partner as a product expert and trusted advisor.Key Responsibilities:Build strong trustful relationships with prospects, customers, and implementation partnersBuild realistic implementation estimatesAssist with implementation proposal, creation, and deliveryTravel to the customer site or to sales prospects as neededMentor the customer and our partners in One Inc implementation methodologiesAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityLead and facilitate requirements gathering workshopsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationOversees the execution all aspects of the project implementation, which may include: project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesSet and stick to realistic expectations to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetMeasure project performance and project status using appropriate tools and techniquesEffectively report and escalate issues to managementCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States. Skills:Extensive project management experience implementing InsurTech SaaS solutions, primarily in the Property & Casualty (P&C) spaceStrong business acumen in the insurance spaceSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including ability to build relationships and interact with ‘C’ level individualsSkilled at identifying project interdependencies and complexities, and mobilizing appropriate resources to maximize productivity, manage risk, and minimize variance during executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings that include a diverse group of individualsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsProven ability to maintain a humble persona while always being truthful and positive Bonus Skills (But not Required):Insurance Industry experience a plusAgile SCRUM methodology experienceBackground in Insurance SoftwareExperience with a top tier consulting company Education & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is preferredAt least five years’ experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise Packaged Software Desired Traits:Action Oriented, Growth Mindset, Positive Outlook, Problem Solver, Self-starter, Demonstrates Ethical Behavior, Strong Drive, Team Player, Supportive & Adaptable to Change, Exudes a commitment to Personal & Professional Development  Physical Demands:The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.  Environment:Standard indoor office setting; exposure to computer screens.Physical:Requires repetitive motion.
