Sales Account Manager (Mid-Atlantic Region)Are you ready to take your client management expertise into the aerospace metals sector during a period of growth? A leading company is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to strengthen key client relationships and drive new business opportunities within their expanding aerospace division.
What You'll Do: Manage and develop relationships with existing aerospace metal clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service issues. Support sales efforts through account planning and identifying upsell opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Provide technical and logistical support related to aerospace metals. Assist with onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing accounts within the aerospace metals, aerospace sector or relevant technical sectors. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and clients. Current knowledge of aerospace metals, including relevant industry standards. Demonstrated success in client retention and growth.
Desired Skills & Experience: Experience working with aerospace manufacturers or supply chain firms. Technical background in aerospace metals processing or related fields.
