Job Summary:
The Order Entry Clerk must possess the ability to process all agent orders in a timely manner and manage multiple tasks. This person must have strong organization skills with a customer focus, and a sense of urgency. Ensuring customer satisfaction is critical through communication and efficient responsive completion of tasks. The exercising of sound judgment and creativity are essential in meeting both business goals and customer expectations. This position reports to the Order Entry Lead.
