About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal Closer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and be proficient with Qualia or similar real estate closing software.
They need someone who is proactive, organized, and personable. The Paralegal Closer will prepare, review, and process closing documents, coordinate closings with various parties, and ensure all title and funding requirements are met to close
