Job Description: This Is NOT a Typical Front Desk JobIf you’re just looking to “check people in and answer phones,” this is not the role for you. This position is for someone who:

  • Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule
  • Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day
  • Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business
  • Recommending retail and service upgrades
  • Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient⸻Who You AreOutgoing, talkative, and confident with people
  • Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling “salesy”)Organized and detail-oriented
