About the role
The Auto Club Group is seeking a Homeowners Claim Manager II to lead handling of large-loss homeowners claims. You will guide a team of claims professionals, coordinating with policyholders, adjusters, and experts to deliver fair, timely resolutions while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction. This hybrid Tampa role requires strong technical expertise and operational leadership to manage complex claims, investigations, and subrogation activities, while aligning with company policies
