About the role
Purpose Brands is seeking a Franchise Fitness Consultant (FFC) to join its team. This senior field leadership role oversees fitness execution and studio performance across approximately 100–150 studios and 25–50 franchisees within the assigned territory.
As an FFC you will coach franchisees, head coaches and studio leaders on best fitness practices, drive member acquisition and retention, and lead trainings and certifications.
