Senior Maintenance Manager Salary Up to $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Big Sky Country PNWWe’re looking for a hands-on Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for an established food manufacturing facility. This is a working manager role—you’ll be out in the plant troubleshooting, improving reliability, managing projects, and developing your maintenance team. Experience as a leader in a Unionize workforce is a plus. What you'll do as the Senior Maintenance Manager: Lead maintenance for production equipment and facilities systems. Strengthen preventive maintenance programs and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and plant equipment. Support ammonia systems, boilers, conveyors, and utilities. Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians. Lead capital projects and manage vendors and contractors. Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for in the Senior Maintenance Manager: At least 8 years of maintenance or engineering experience in manufacturing. At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience (can be within the 8 years above).Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting & programming experience. Experience with preventive maintenance, ammonia systems, boilers, and capital projects.
