About the role
- Read and interpret various drawings including electrical schematics, interface drawings and CAD drawings
- Read test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used
- Read dials or digital displays that indicate electronic characteristics such as voltage, current, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacitance
- Test functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts under specified environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
- · High School diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret various drawings including electrical schematics, interface drawings and CAD drawings- Previous experience in electrical testing
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Management System
- Experience with PLCs including PLC programming
- Electrical switchgear or switchboard troubleshooting experience
- Ability to occasionally travel to modify and/or troubleshooting equipment in the field is required
- Forklift Certified
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access material when needed
- Capable of handling repetitive motions such as grasping, lifting, and pulling items
- Able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment when needed
- Ability to work in various warehouse environments, including hot, cold, or noisy conditions
- Sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate equipment and perform job duties
