Founded in 2025, the firm works with leading non-profits, government agencies, and purpose-driven organizations to delivery fully integrated service-based housing solutions that work.We are seeking a Project Manager to lead affordable, supportive, and transitional housing projects throughout New York, with a focus on New York City. This role - which will contribute to Devine & Co.'s development projects and consulting business - combines project management, underwriting, deal execution, and partner coordination. You will work closely with nonprofit partners, public agencies, lenders, investors, consultants, and firm leadership to move projects from concept through closing and beyond.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, entrepreneurial, and motivated by the opportunity to create housing for people who need it most.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Transaction ManagementLead affordable, supportive, and transitional housing projects from early underwriting through closing, construction, and conversion.Coordinate nonprofit partners, public agencies, lenders, investors, and consultants.Manage project schedules, budgets, financing processes, and due diligence.Evaluate development opportunities and support transaction structuring.Support construction-period budget tracking and project execution.Firm Operations & GrowthMaintain project tracking systems and workflow management tools.Support leadership in implementing processes and improving organizational efficiency.Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and strategic planning.Help build the systems and infrastructure needed to support a growing company.QualificationsWe are less concerned with checking every box than finding someone who is excited about our mission and capable of growing with the firm.Strong candidates will have:3–5+ years of experience in affordable housing, real estate development, underwriting, project management, community development lending, or a related field.Knowledge of affordable housing finance and development in New York City.Familiarity with LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, HPD, HCR, and related financing programs.Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.Demonstrated interest in addressing housing affordability and homelessness.CompensationSalary of $90,000–$120,000 based on experience, plus discretionary bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401K.To ApplyPlease do not respond via LinkedIn Easy Apply.
