Administrative Assistant Job AnnouncementThe Marine Science Institute (MSI) is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to inspire environmental stewardship through hands-on learning and exploration of San Francisco Bay ecosystems.We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to support the organization in administrative tasks, especially to aid the booking process for schools and families.Position Status: Part Time Location: Redwood City, CAPrimary Responsibilities:Filing and paperwork preparationTeacher/School Outreach to collect needed details for booking purposesMaintaining/Updating binder of maps for different school locations for directional purposesAdditional administrative tasksOther Program support related taskQualifications :Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong alignment with MSI's mission and enthusiasm for environmental educationStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailSalary & Benefits:Hourly starting at: $26.25/hrHow to Apply:Submit a resume, cover letter, and three references to as a single PDF to: lisa@sfbaymsi.org.
