Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentfocusingon Continuous Improvement(CI)initiatives, includingleadingorfacilitatingCIprojectsand Kaizenevents. Enhancedtroubleshootingandadministrativeskills. Leadingimprovementinitiatives(Kaizenevents)fromconceptionthroughimplementation. Overseethesuccessof Kaizenevents, including: Coordinatestrategicanddetailedplans. Planningofeventswithadynamicfunnelprocesstiedto Policy Deployment/Model Value Streamand Daily Management. Developandimplementimprovementstrategiesandinitiatives. Eventexecutionandsustainmentof Kaizeneventresults. Lead/facilitatetheimplementationandsustainmentof Leantools(Visual Management,6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, plan-do-check-act, Leanprocesses, etc.).Ability to developanddelivertrainingprogramstoeducateemployeeson Continuous Improvementconcepts, tools, andtechniques. Experience Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience required. Previous Continuous Improvement experience required. Experience leading or facilitating Continuous Improvement initiatives and Kaizen events is required. Resume required.
