Key Highlights: Lead the tax function across investment funds, management company entities, and affiliated investment vehicles Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, including partnerships, corporations, SPVs, and fund structures Manage K-1s, investor tax reporting, tax returns, tax provisions, projections, and estimated payments Partner directly with external tax advisors, fund administrators, and senior finance leadership Work closely with Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Investment teams Support tax structuring, planning, and modeling for new funds, investment vehicles, and complex transactions Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance scalability through technology and automation Gain exposure to private credit, loans, fund structures, carried interest, and global investment platforms Ideal Background:7-10+ years of tax experienceCPA strongly preferred Experience within alternative investments, asset management, private credit, hedge funds, private equity, or public accounting serving investment management clients Strong partnership tax and fund tax expertise Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Consider It?
