Base Salary: $215,000-$267,000. Salary is based on encounters per day (18–26-tiered level), and experience bonus. Additional incentivesfor meeting quality goals, and for FMS/call. (optional) Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, AD&D, Life, LTD, HSA, and FTCA malpractice coverage. Employee premiums as low as $0-$25/month, with subsidized family coverage. Health & Wellness programs. QUALIFICATIONS: MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. DEA certificate. BE/BC required.
