- Own and manage multiple executives’ calendars, coordinating across time zones and shifting priorities
- Plan and arrange complexglobal travel(flights, accommodations, visa requirements, ground transportation)
- Submit and reconcile expenses viaSAP Concur
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate conference rooms and catering
- Serve as a point of contact for leadership, internal teams, and external clients
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure smooth team operations
- Maintain a high level ofconfidentialityand discretion
- What We’re Looking For3–5 years’ experiencesupporting executives in finance, legal, consulting, or other fast-paced, high-compliance environments
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, andSAP ConcurProven track record of managingfast-paced, shifting priorities
- Skilled at handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication skillsand a collaborative mindset
- Excellent judgment, time management, and organizational abilities
