🚀 Now Hiring: Sales Compensation Analyst | 100% Remote Are you skilled at sales commissions, incentive compensation, and financial reporting? Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to help ensure accurate payouts and improve commission processes across the business.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end sales commission calculations and distributions. Collect and maintain sales performance data for reporting and payouts. Investigate commission discrepancies and respond to payout inquiries. Calculate monthly and quarterly commission accruals. Identify opportunities to improve commission processes and reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience with sales commissions, incentive compensation, or sales operations. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of commission accruals and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
