This role offers variety across metal, insulation board, and plastic components, with the opportunity to work independently and contribute directly to high-quality finished products.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes using G-code to produce precision components from blueprints and CAD drawings. Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings to complete component and subassembly work. Lay out parts and perform drilling, tapping, reaming, cutting, and other machining operations as required. Inspect completed parts with calipers, verniers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances. Support assembly of mechanical components such as air cylinders, ball nut assemblies, cross-feed assemblies, and related equipment. Maintain CNC equipment and work areas in accordance with established maintenance and housekeeping procedures. Work effectively as part of a team while handling assigned work with limited supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS: Hands-on CNC machining experience, including setup, operation, and programming of mills and/or lathes. Pipe threading machine and TIG/MIG welding experience is a plus. Dependable, team-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
BENEFITS: Competitive hourly compensation of $32-$38 per hour, based on experience. Hands-on role combining CNC machining, precision inspection, and mechanical assembly for broader technical exposure. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
