About the role
Driving revenue and acquisition growth for the Marriott Small Business Co-Brand Card, the full-time Senior Analyst, Marketing will implement digital marketing strategies, monitor channel performance, and collaborate with internal partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new accounts through Marriott channels
Monitor, report, and analyze channel performance, providing insights to partners and stakeholders
Support innovation and new digital capabilities to enhance Small Business marketing efforts across Marriott channels
Required qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, digital, product, or related fields
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Knowledge of marketing execution processes at American Express
Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
