About the role
Aluminum Casting Press Operator 3rd ShiftJoin our team as an Aluminum Casting Press Operator, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality die-cast components using advanced high-pressure casting equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Operate high-pressure aluminum casting presses to meet production and quality targets
- Monitor castings and identify defects or irregularities
- Troubleshoot die issues and communicate concerns to leadership
- Perform minor die repairs and assist with die and sleeve changes
- Follow standardized work instructions and shop floor processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (7-S standards)
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous production flow
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferred (casting, metal forming, or automotive environment a plus)
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements:
