Our success is built on integrity, responsiveness, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping people and organizations succeed.About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our recruiting, consulting & staffing company while supporting strategic business initiatives. This is a highly visible and varied role that works closely with customers, contractors, employees, sales, recruiting, company leadership, and outside service providers. The ideal candidate enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, building strong relationships, and moving comfortably between strategic projects and detailed execution.Responsibilities:External Employee Onboarding and Experience:Ensure every consultant assignment is supported by efficient, compliant operational processes.Oversee onboarding, employment administration, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.Coordinate client-specific onboarding requirements, background checks, payroll setup, and employment documentation.Partner with recruiters and account managers to deliver exceptional consultant experience.Identify opportunities to improve consultant processes and service delivery.Client Operations & Contract Administration:Provide operational leadership supporting client relationships and successful service delivery.Lead implementation of new client partnerships and operational workflows.Administer client agreements, Statements of Work, and compliance requirements.Translate contractual requirements into repeatable internal processes.Partner with recruiting and business development teams to ensure consistent client service.Systems, Technology & Vendor Management:Ensure operational technology and vendors support the company's long-term objectives.Oversee HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and operational systems.Manage key vendor relationships and technology implementations.Evaluate new tools and recommend technology enhancements.Marketing & Strategic Projects:Support company growth through operational oversight of marketing initiatives.Manage the relationship with Compass's outsourced marketing agency.Coordinate campaigns, branding, presentations, events, and business development collateral.Lead strategic projects that enhance the company's brand and operational effectiveness.Qualifications:4+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.Experience within staffing, consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced service organization preferred.Required Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to influence across departments while managing multiple priorities.Preferred Skills:Experience within staffing, consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced service organization preferred.Pay range and compensation package:Competitive compensation package.
