Contract: Contract to hire Enrollment & Outreach Representative Location San Francisco, CA (Near Dolores Park)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMOccasional weekend participation: Approximately 2 Saturdays per month / Approximately 2 Sundays per year Weekend participation is generally tied to community events and outreach activities, with corresponding schedule adjustments during the week.
About the Role: The Enrollment & Outreach Representative supports health education and wellness initiatives designed to help seniors remain healthy, independent, and active within their communities. This position combines community outreach, participant recruitment, enrollment coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities: Participate in community outreach events and activities. Build awareness of health and wellness programs within the local community. Recruit and enroll participants into various health promotion programs. Complete enrollment paperwork and participant documentation. Maintain accurate databases and program records. Track outreach efforts, referrals, and enrollment activity. Support educational workshops and program facilitation when needed. Provide administrative support for program operations. Assist with other related projects and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in:
Community outreach Enrollment coordination Program administration Health promotion or health education programs
Preferred: Fluent in English/Spanish or English/Cantonese
Comfortable conducting outreach within the community Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Strong organizational and data-entry skills Why This Opportunity Stands OutThis role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of local seniors while building relationships throughout the community.
