- Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience within construction, engineering, EPC, design-build, or integrated project delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading a significant business unit, division, market sector, or operating company.
- Proven responsibility for revenue exceeding $500 million annually.
- Strong record of profitable business growth and market expansion.
- Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and scalable organizations.
- Significant experience with design-build, EPC, CMAR, or integrated delivery models.
